Riso, a 100 per cent pure and physically refined rice bran oil, was launched in the year 2011. Riso comes from Kamani Oil Industries Pvt Ltd, a company trusted over 51 years, a leader in speciality oil and fats supply to various industries (pharma, FMCG, HORECA, QSR), Indian companies and overseas MNCs like Cadbury, Amul, Vadilal, HUL, Parle, Jubliant Food Works, Pizza Hut and Marriott among others. It has a FSSC 22000 certification.
Riso occupies about 35 per cent of the rice bran oil market share in Maharashtra. The brand derives its name from ‘rice’ and ‘oil’. Riso stands for its quality and health factor apart from efficient placement on retail shelves throughout Maharashtra with a routine weekly or fortnightly service visit to retailers. The brand has around 100 promoters and merchandisers across the state. Riso retains maximum oryzanol and all the other good anti-oxidants.

It is fortified with vitamins A, D and E. Completely neutral in taste, the oil is suitable for all types of cooking and its high smoke point makes it ideal for deep frying. Riso is processed in Kamani Oil’s stateof- the-art facility at Khopoli which is India’s first HACCP-certified vegetable oil refinery.
