The Leaders of the Year 2021 is the highest accolade presented to the Best Performing Business Leaders in India at WCRCPRIMESPEAK 2021: India Business Summit & Awards, Digital Summit and Global Indian Excellence Summit at the House of Lords in London.
Leaders of the Year felicitates exemplary Leaders from various industries and different company sizes who have successfully led a strategy for outstanding performance. A long list of potential candidates is compiled through the year to identify four exemplary industry leaders from four recession-defying organisations based on the following criteria:
- Deliver profitable growth year-on-year
- Develop a clear strategy for the business or organisation
- Show success of that strategy against measurable targets
- Demonstrate an awareness of and engagement with global, societal and organisational issues, through their actions as a leader – and to have been heard to have done so

- Identify key challenges for the business or organisation and overcome them

The nomination process involves application to Invitation from our website or through our designated Research Associate. The Nomination form can be filled and sent to WCRCLEADERS for evaluation.
Short listing –
The next phase involves modulating and short listing of the registered Business Leaders list. After analysis and contemplation, laudable 100 will be encapsulated for final lining out. The first phase of the research involves the generation of a list of categories, a list of approximately 500 Business Leaders who will be shortlisted by ibrands 360 and the editorial team of WCRCLeaders Asia Magazine
- Final Cut-
The encapsulated list will be further shortlisted to the final Highest Gainer CEO for award nomination in our final phase, based on the filled up questionnaire and evaluation by ibrands360.
