MAGNOLIA TOWN CENTER
Manila, Philippines

The ‘2013 International Property Awards’ for Asia Pacific held at Kuala Lumpur felicitated Magnolia Town Center with a five star commendation for ‘best mixed-use development’ in Philippines. Developed by Robinsons Land Corporation, the whole complex stands on a five-hectare property that includes the Magnolia Residences and the Robinsons Magnolia Mall.

In addition to this, the mall also caters to people’s basic day-to-day requirements through a departmental store, a supermarket and an appliances store.

  • Completed in August 2012
  • Spread over total floor area of 0.10 million square metres
  • Key Features:
Brings out a personal touch through the Ice Cream Store
A seven-storey mall including two basement levels for parking
