Established in 2002, the Skyline Group of Institutions has two educational institutes under its umbrella – the Skyline Institute of Engineering and Technology (SIET) and the Skyline Institute of Management and Technology (SIMT).

Located in the Knowledge Park in Greater Noida in the National Capital Region of India, the institute endeavours to provide up-to-date education based on recent advancements in the industry through a pool of quality faculty members and frequent academy-industry interaction.

The institute offers a wide range of under-graduate courses like mechanical engineering (ME), civil engineering (CE), computer science and engineering (CSE), electronics and communication engineering (ECE) and electrical and electronics engineering (EEE). On the post-graduate front, the institute offers courses like MCA and MBA.

SIMT and SIET are affiliated to the Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) and are approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). SIET is also accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), an autonomous body of AICTE, Government of India.

For admission in under-graduate courses, the candidates need to present their 12th standard mark sheets as per UPTU norms and guidelines. For admission in MCA, the candidates need to have bachelors in any discipline and they should have studied mathematics in their 12th standard or graduation with a minimum aggregate score of 50 per cent.

In case of admission in its MBA programmes, candidates must hold bachelors degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate score of 50 per cent. The institute has 17 tutorial rooms, eight seminar halls and 66 classrooms. Its library holds around 41,000 books with more than 5,500 titles on management and engineering topics.

It has subscriptions for 150 national and 99 international journals. One can find a Cafe Coffee Day outlet, transport facilities, medical aid and a Cisco Certified Network Associate/language laboratory on the campus.

The institute has a rich alumni base, many of whom work in leading organisations like TCS, Infosys, HCL, Schneider Electric, L&T, Mindtree, Fedders Lloyd, Punj Lloyd, Bosch and Birlasoft among others.
