The Zuellig Building is a 33-storey premium grade office skyscraper in Philippines, owned by the Zuellig group. The project is notable for its architecture. Adorned with aesthetic and environment-friendly design, Zuellig is one of the first office buildings in Manila’s Makati Central Business District to be pre-certified by US Green Building Council. Glass is used as the primary material and embodies the charm and tranquility the building projects. The façade offers natural light and views with reverent sustainable features including greywater recycling, sensorcontrolled lightening system and an efficient HVAC system. With state-of-the-art infrastructure and its strategic location, the project offers a prime grade workplace to tenants.
