Central Park Resorts is a highrise residential project currently under construction in Haryana, India. This luxury resort is being developed by Sweta Estates Pvt. Ltd which has also shepherded projects like Le Meridien and Aloft. These have been milestone projects in the company’s journey of 14 years in the field of construction. Various elements like tunnel, gazebos and barbecue pits make it an one-of-a-kind property. As can be guessed, the developers do not venture into any static template when it comes to landscaping. The project has a green belt around the building, bringing its residents close to nature.
These luxury condominiums will be spread over 47.5 acres of green area. The construction will rise up to 28 floors, housing around 1,706 apartments. The project is proposed to have four different clubs with concierge facilities, housekeeping, laundry, food on call, restaurant, mess service and a guest house. Various other innovations in landscaping like gardens and water bodies surrounding the towers, 60-feet-high fountains with open cafes around it and the tunnel connecting the towers add to the pleasure of living in Central Park Resorts. This project is certified as Platinum Green building under the norms of IGBC because of following certain adaptations like using solar water heaters, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRV) system in air-conditioning and CFL lights.
