  Leadership is not about following anybody, it is about setting new standards that nobody else has set. A leader needs to aim higher and think out of the box and have the passion and ability to do things in a different way.

What has been your driving force or philosophy in life?

Once goals are set; lasting satisfaction comes from fulfilment of those goals. It signifies that one has really tried his best and given it everything he has. Sometimes, in spite of that, one might not achieve desired outcome and one has to reconcile with that. That is my philosophy in life.
