With his wife Dr. Shalya Saini, he took a significant step forward by establishing two hospitals under the brand name LifeCare Hospitals Limited in 2017 which is now prospered into a chain of 7 specialty hospitals across the country. Mr. Jayesh and Dr Shalya Saini are also actively involved in community via their brainchild Lifecare Foundation.
