ENGAGEMENT THAT ENTHRALS
NTUC Fairprice Cooperative Ltd grew out of the labour movement in 1973, with a social mission to rationalise the cost of living in Singapore. Guided by the philosophy to do good for the community, NTUC FairPrice had set up the FairPrice Foundation in 2008 to focus on its efforts for the society. FairPrice Foundation focuses its attention on three strategic thrusts – the poor and needy, nation building & community bonding, and advancing workers’ welfare.

In 2014, FairPrice introduced Scan2Go initiative to enhance customers’ shopping experience and achieve higher productivity. FairPrice also commemorated the topping out of its FairPrice Hub last year, which will house a new high-tech distribution centre, offices and commercial space.
