Raffles Design Institute is operated by the Raffles College of Higher Education. It has been training students to become quality professionals in the field of designing. The institute was founded in 1990 and was formerly known as Raffles LaSalle Institute. Raffles College of Higher Education is a subsidiary of Raffles Education Corporation, a leading education group in the Asia–Pacific region.

Design Institute offers bachelors and advanced diploma in fashion design, graphic design, interior design, 3 dimensions design, multimedia design, game design and animation. It is accredited by the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA). Admission is based on an overall assessment of the individual’s potential and merits. Since all courses in the institute are conducted in English, RAFFLES DESIGN INSTITUTE, SINGAPORE applicants should have the ability to communicate in spoken and written English.
The campus sits in an area of 1.2 hectares of land, housing three buildings, a central library stocked with 5,000 books, seminar rooms, classrooms, audio and video editing labs, computer labs, drawing rooms and studios.
