- Key Features:
a) The first phase of Regatta saw the completion of four apartment towers: Dubai, Monte Carlo, Miami and Rio de Janeiro
b) The second phase which was completed in 2008 saw the completion of three apartment towers – Tokyo, Acapulco and Sydney – and a 2.4 hectare aqua park
c) The final third phase will see the completion of three more apartment towers – London, New York and Shanghai – as well as a five-star hotel and serviced apartments
