Square Hospitals Limited, a healthcare set-up of the Square Group, is a 400-bed tertiary care hospital. The hospital is an affiliate partner of Methodist Healthcare, Memphis, Tennessee, USA; SingHealth, Singapore; Bangkok Hospital Medical Centre, Thailand and Christian Medical College, Vellore, India.

Many physicians from CMC-Vellore, India, ply their trade there. Bangladeshi physicians with impeccable reputation are also part of the medical team. Huge emphasis is laid on quality nursing services as it trains over a hundred nurses for over a year. UH provides a platform for expert nurse educators from Australia, UK, India and Philippines. Some nurses and technicians have already received training from CMC-Vellore and this training collaboration is a continuing thing.

Square Hospital is located in the heart of Dhaka and aims to serve the residents of the capital city. At present it comprises two buildings on either side of Panthapath connected by an over-bridge. The main hospital building is 18-storey high and approximately measures 450,000 sq.ft. The second building, ASTRAS is located across the street, having 16 storeys and measures 136,000 sq.ft. The second building became operational in 2011. Both facilities were constructed in accordance with US Fire and Building safety standards.

The outpatient department of this hospital can serve up to 1,200 patients every day in its 60 examination rooms.
