THE IMPERIAL
Mumbai, India

The Imperial is the tallest completed twin tower residential complex in India. Located in the posh Tardeo area of South Mumbai, it overlooks the Arabian Sea offering a majestic view. Developed by S D Corporation Pvt. Ltd, the twin towers rise up to a height of 256 metres each. A total of 228 super luxury apartments are housed in these 60-storey high skyscrapers. The Imperial stands out for its marble-clad lobbies, high-tech security system and large apartments with outdoor terraces in each unit. A third tower is due for construction soon. Apartments start at 237 square metres for a three-bedroom unit; 279 square meters to 418 square metres for a four bedroom; and 743 square metres to 929 square metres for five-bedroom duplexes. The largest five-bedroom duplexes include six bathrooms, lap pools on the upper level and outdoor decks of 70 square metres.
