The Jumeirah Emirates Towers is a twin-skyscraper, located in the heart of Dubai. The first tower rises up to 350 metres and houses office blocks, while the second tower rises up to 305 metres, housing a 400 bedroom luxury hotel. The residential wing consisting of the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel, is a 56-storey building. It is connected to its office wing, the Emirates Office Tower, through ‘The Boulevard’ – a 90,875 square feet two-storey retail complex. A sleek architectural masterpiece of steel and glass, the hotel is regarded among the most attractive destinations for corporate travellers.
