The ‘2013 International Property Awards’ for Asia Pacific held at Kuala Lumpur felicitated Magnolia Town Center with a five star commendation for ‘best mixed-use development’ in Philippines. Developed by Robinsons Land Corporation, the whole complex stands on a five-hectare property that includes the Magnolia Residences and the Robinsons Magnolia Mall.
Built as a symbol of reverence for the ‘Magnolia Ice Cream House’ – a name that all children of Metro Manila are familiar with – the Robinsons Magnolia Mall is a multi-storey shopping complex. It provides all families a proper mix of shopping and dining under one roof. In addition to this, the mall also caters to people’s basic day-to-day requirements through a departmental store, a supermarket and an appliances store.
