The NBE research center at Neuchatel, Switzerland also has an in-house anti-body manufacturing facility for development of clinical trial material. The R&D centers also boasts of a large number of highly qualified scientists. Glenmark has actively followed the strategy of out-licensing its molecules in clinical development to large multinational pharmaceutical organizations. This out licensing strategy has been successful so far with seven deals struck by the organization collecting USD 217 million as upfront and milestone payments.
