Working with an international line up of consultants from Japan, France, Germany and Spain, BreadTalk aims to bring out the best of Asian and Western influences – perfecting a blend of local culture with quality ingredients and the latest world inspirations. From delicious pastries, dumplings and local desserts, their R&D team presents seasonal collections launched every few months to cater to customers’ discerning taste buds. Combining rustic charm with contemporary appeal, BreadTalk’s revised menu is boosted with over 50 new creations. The exciting Euro bread series, developed by the finest consultants and research & development team worldwide, harnesses the taste and quality of European breads and incorporates them with a variety of Asian flavours, such as drunken longan, black sesame, spinach and sweet potato.

Their new Natural Yeast Bread series of six soft breads are made using natural yeast dough. These breads are then artfully combined with a variety of wholesome ingredients to produce a distinctly superior selection of sweet and savoury breads with inherently exquisite flavours, sweet aroma and superb texture.

BreadTalk’s newly introduced toasts, Chia Seed Toast, Soya Toast and Pumpkin Toast, have recently been awarded the Healthier Choice Symbol by Singapore’s Health Promotion Board (HPB), a testament to BreadTalk’s unwavering commitment to provide better choices.
